Chef Dibblie, this is a great restaurant, I knew I wanted to do something in the culinary businesss. I'am thinking about being a nutrionist, I took Foods 1 with Mr. Richardson and took Foods 2- Advanced with Mrs. Tyson and took the serve safe exam, I have worked in this restaurant in Foods 1 and I really liked it. As an Senior next years in LPS I will be taking Leadership Adavanced Foods 3. So plese keep up the good work and believe in your students and keep your prefessional look to the future of the Bagpiper Restaurant and new carrer goals for your students, like managment positions for students over a ceratin area, and more advertisment oppurtunites.

Hey Mr. Dibble =D! Its your favorite waitress! Haha ;)! I absolutely *lOvE* this class! I like the way you show us how to do something and then let us do it! I love the dining room because I get to interact with the public and see people smile as they walk out of the restaurant! I am so glad to have you as my teacher and I will miss you next year when I am off in Charolette! I just might have to come back and show you up! Haha! I am glad you brought something like this to Laurinburg because people get great food at afforable prices! Thank you a whole lot! You have taught me a lot in this program and I appreciate it =P!

Hey Mr.Dibble whats up? I was just thinking about you and Mr. Richardson the other day. I know that in the year 2008-2009 the restaurant was great, but now that I've taken a look at the present years 2009-2010 it's even better. I'm proud of you all, just know you all are are still in my prayers. Hope to see you around keep doing what your doing and the program will continue to grow.

Your former Chef,
D.J. Ellerbe

Chef Dibble:
You and the Culinary staff including the students do a remarkable job everyday. Hard work pays off and this restaurant epitomizes that phrase exactly. I am proud to be affiliated with such a progressive entrepreneurship.

Ordered your Thanksgiving meal and wanted to let you know that your meal ROCKED. It was wonderful. Directions to reheat were on the mark. Tasted just like homemade. Thanks. Hope you will continue to offer more meals like this. Saved me so much time and effort. I could enjoy my company and be proud of the meal I served. Thanks a million. Tell one and all involved that you really scored a home run with this meal.
